This policy explains what data MatchThrone processes, why it is processed and how users can contact us about privacy.
We may process account identifiers, display names, email addresses when authentication providers require them, user settings, pool membership, predictions, rankings derived from gameplay and technical information needed to keep the service running.
We use this information to authenticate users, operate private football pools, save predictions, calculate rankings, provide support, secure the service and comply with legal obligations.
Some information shared inside a pool can be visible to other members of that pool, depending on the settings of the competition.
MatchThrone may use services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and football data providers. These services may process data as processors or under their own terms when necessary to deliver the service.
We keep data while the account is active or for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve incidents, comply with legal duties or defend legitimate claims.
Users may request access, rectification or deletion where applicable. The easiest path to deletion is from inside the app. Privacy requests can also be sent to [email protected].
